Thanks so much for supporting ReCouture — where we turn pre-loved luxury into one-of-a-kind statement pieces. We want you to love your jewelry as much as we love making it. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.

Shipping Info

We carefully package every order by hand, with lots of love and attention to detail. Here's what to expect:

Processing Time

​​

  • Orders typically ship out within 3 business days.

  • If you ordered a custom or made-to-order piece, we may need a little extra time (usually 20–30 days) to bring your design to life.

  • You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!

Shipping Options & Costs

  • We ship worldwide! 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose:

    • Standard Shipping: 4 - 7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1 - 3 business days

Customs & Duties (for International Orders)

  • International customers: your country might charge import fees, customs duties, or taxes. These aren’t included in our prices and are your responsibility.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each of our pieces is handmade and repurposed from genuine vintage or pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final. That said, we want you to be truly happy with your purchase!

If something arrives damaged or isn't right...

  • Please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery — we’re here to help!

  • Just send an email to kenya@recouture.co with:

    • Your order number

    • A quick note about the issue

    • A few photos showing the problem

  • We’ll work with you to either replace the item (if possible) or issue a refund.

Custom Orders

  • Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged.

  • Please double-check all design choices before confirming your custom order — we want it to be perfect for you!

Lost or Stolen Packages

​​

We ship all orders with tracking and do our best to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. But once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items. If something goes missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

If you're unsure about delivery to your area, you can always request a signature requirement—just drop us a message before you order!
