At ReCouture, each piece is handmade using authentic, repurposed luxury materials — meaning every item is one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales are final. However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your package.

• Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll work with you to offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Items that arrive as described and undamaged

• Custom or made-to-order designs

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges, since most of our designs are one-of-a-kind and may sell out quickly. If your piece is damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you on a solution.
